These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of patchets.com and your purchase of products from Patchets ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. Who can buy from us
You must be at least 18 years old to use our site and place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
2. About our products
Patchets are topical patches containing botanical ingredients, including maca, damiana, red ginseng, and ashwagandha. These ingredients have a long history of traditional use. Our products are sold as wellness products and are not medicines.
We are honest about how our products work. Botanical wellness products are not instant. Results, if any, vary from person to person, and some people may notice nothing at all. We make no promise that you will experience any specific result or any result within any specific timeframe.
3. Pricing, offers, and promotions
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. We run promotions from time to time, such as bundle offers and subscription savings. The terms of each offer are shown at the point of sale. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, and we may end or change an offer at any time. We try to keep all pricing and product information accurate, but if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation or dispatch your goods. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an inability to ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. If you sign up for a subscription, you also agree to our Subscription Terms, which describe how and when recurring payments are taken.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery times, costs, and methods are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to a refund or replacement are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.
7. Subscriptions
If you enrol in a subscription, the separate Subscription Terms apply, including how billing renews and how you can pause or cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by managing your account or emailing help@patchets.com.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our site, including the Patchets name, logo, product designs, text, images, and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to post false, harmful, or abusive content. We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, which in many regions cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or site. Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
