These Subscription Terms apply if you choose to subscribe to Patchets. We keep subscriptions straightforward and easy to manage, with no tricks. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms, which sit alongside our Terms of Service.

How a subscription works

When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you sign up for recurring deliveries of your selected product at the price and delivery frequency shown before you pay. You are agreeing to an ongoing plan that renews automatically until you cancel.

Billing and renewal

  • Your first payment is taken when you place your order.
  • Each renewal payment is taken automatically on or around the same date in each billing cycle, using the payment method you provided.
  • The price and frequency of your subscription are clearly shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
  • We will send you a reminder before each renewal where required by the laws of your region, and we always send an order confirmation when a renewal is processed.

Subscriber pricing

Any discount or saving tied to subscribing applies only while your subscription is active. If you cancel, future orders placed without a subscription will be charged at the standard price. We will give you reasonable notice by email before any change to your subscription price, and you can cancel before the change takes effect if you do not want to continue.

Skipping, pausing, and changing your plan

You are in control. Through your account or by emailing help@patchets.com, you can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery.
  • Pause your subscription for a while.
  • Change your delivery frequency.
  • Update your shipping address or payment details.

Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date so we have time to apply them before that order is prepared.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is easy. Manage your subscription from your account, or simply email help@patchets.com and ask us to cancel. We will never make you jump through hoops. To stop your next payment, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been taken and the order has not yet shipped, contact us and we will help with the best option, which may include cancelling that shipment and refunding it. Once an order has shipped, our Refund and Return Policy applies.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may try to charge your payment method again over the following days. If we cannot collect payment, we may pause or cancel your subscription. You can update your payment details at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Our right to change or end subscriptions

We may change these Subscription Terms or stop offering a subscription option. If we make a change that affects your active subscription, we will give you reasonable notice by email so you can decide whether to continue.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects the consumer rights and cancellation rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
